Performance Nutrition

We've all heard that "You are what you eat." But this tired axiom only tells part of the story. It's also critical to consider HOW you eat, meal frequency, macro nutrient ratios, specificity to athletic objectives, and periodizing caloric intake. The government says that the RDA's are the answer. We agree, if mere survival is your objective. But if PERFORMANCE is your goal, the RDA's won't cut it. Neither will the 4 food groups. Neither will eating 3 squares a day.

A comprehensive nutrition analysis starts with quality data direct from you and provides professional guidance that’s individualized to your lifestyle, fitness and performance goals. Personal Trainer will provide you with detailed instructions and special intake forms so you can accurately and easily record all the foods and beverages you consume over one weekday and one weekend day.  The Nutrition Training is available as an add-on service for all members (and non-members) and is included in packages   over 25 sessions. Based on the 2-day dietary record that you'll provide, Personal Trainer will help you understand your results.

Incorporating a cutting edge, scientifically sound nutritional regimen, however, will radically increase the effectiveness of your performance objectives--resulting in more lean mass, less body fat, and greater energy levels. By learning the science behind nutrition and its effects on performance, muscle growth, and fat loss, you will amaze your self when you see how quickly you achieve results as you apply this integrated approach to nutrition.

The second tool is an incredibly comprehensive section on supplementation which explains why nutritional supplements are vital to health and well-being and how they can diminish pain, fatigue, lack of endurance, mood swings, and cravings for sugar or fat. Armed with the information packed into this program, you can be confident in your ability to eat healthy. Nothing like this program is available anywhere else!

Reinforcement Plan Guiding you every step of the way with Daily Interaction 

in this Monthly Correspondence Training.  Taking you to your goals, like a celebrity, covering everything in the Game Plan and more, typically reserved for those who desire more guidance, support, and accountability to push their performance levels to new peaks.  This Premium level of Training essentially means having you Personal Trainer Inc. Trainer Monique Weinandt “on call everyday”.  Providing a great combination of daily coaching expert advise, fast responsiveness, and occasional schedule adjustments. A perfect fit for any athlete who leads busy lifestyle and strongly wants to advance, their performance to a higher level.
