Moniquee Started Pumping Iron, learning form others, and reading all she could get her hands on about fitness, at the age of 12, in an effort to reach her racing goals, of being the fastest BMX Racer in the USA, which lead her to Professional Jet Ski racing, becoming National Number one, 7th in the World in IJSBA Racing, a Highly ranked respected Black belt and Best of all, an Energy filled, Enthusiastic Fitness Trainer who absolutely enjoys Training others to go beyond new heights and safely reach their fitness goals.

What to Expect
The Accountability and Structured training of working with Personal Trainer Inc. will measurably improve your fitness within weeks to months. Within the first 6 months of Training and or Coaching, Men, Women and athletes typically achieve vast improvements in performance and noticeable weight loss of undesired body fat. You will be fitter, faster, stronger, leaner and feeling younger, sooner than expected. Monique will also teach you how to train for injury prevention, a specific Sport, eating, recovery, and how to compete with a more intelligently mindset.
This is a systematic approach to assessing posture, flexibility, balance and function. This Training explores the interdependent
relationship of the entire human-movement system (functional anatomy, functional biomechanics and motor behavior) as it works to produce force andstabilize the kinetic chain during functional movements. After testing, you will be prescribed stretches to correct tight muscles & Strengthening exercise to prevent injury. This is a must for all fitness enthusiasts!
After 4-6 weeks of fitness training it's time to learn how much weight you should be able to move in at least 6 different exercises. Based on your age, weight & gender. Then be tested on how much you actually can move to determine your one rep maximum. From there Personal Trainer Monique Weinandt will create a workout program for based on the time it takes each muscle to recover after a light, medium or heavy workout.
For you, VO2 max is an indicator of your aerobic potential and an opportunity to see where you fall in the fitness spectrum. For scientists, it is defined as the maximum amount of oxygen your body can take in and deliver per minute.
After the test Personal Trainer Monique will prescribe for you, an easy to understand progressive cardio program, based on your test results and your fitness goals.
